[ Code: RYM01 ] 常規修復瑜伽課  (每月於本中心舉行)

Regular Restorative Yoga Class (Monthly at our studio) 

每課90分鐘           單堂$290位/ $270位 (會員)

性質:較復修性

難度:適合初學者

合適對象:

  • 希望在忙碌/辛苦的一天之後可以休息/放鬆身體,或讓身體溫和伸展/自我修復的同學;

  • 需要支持/感到紮根/安頓身心的同學;

  • 享受運用瑜伽工具輔助練習,或停留在同一個體位較長時間的同學

 

內容包括:

  • 靜心呼吸

  • 瑜伽伸展 (熱身)

  • 不同方位活動脊柱 的「被動式動作」(如溫和的前彎、後彎、側彎、扭轉等) 

  • 運用不同的瑜伽及生活輔助工具 (如 瑜伽枕墊、瑜伽磚、毛毯、牆壁等)

  • 漸進式身體放鬆練習

Nature : Most restorative

Level: Beginner

Suitable for Individuals:  who look for a rest/ relaxation/ gentle tender stretch/ self-healing after a busy/ hardworking day; need to be supported/ feel grounded/ settle their mind; enjoy practice with props; enjoy long-hold time in a posture

Language: Mainly Cantonese, Bilingual (when having English speaking students)

Details: Mindful breathing, warm up stretching, restorative yoga postures focus on different moving dimensions of the spine (mostly reclining, forward bending and side twisting)(with props) , progressive body relaxation

適合16歲之上一般人士參加。

Regular Hatha & Yogart Class (Weekly at our studio)

每課60分鐘  min per class       

單堂$220位/ $200位 (會員);      四節 (六星期有效) $730

[ 1:1 私人預約 $300每堂; $260 每堂 (會員) , 只限女生] 

性質:較振奮和活潑

難度:適合初學者及恆常練習瑜伽的同學

合適對象:

  • 希望有「力量-柔韌性」並重的平衡練習的同學;

  • 希望學習體位的不同變化,並根據自己的需要選擇合適練習的同學;

  • 享受音律,及藉身體韻律連繫身心的同學

 

內容包括:

  • 靜心呼吸

  • 瑜伽伸展 (熱身)

  • 瑜伽序列及體位法 

  • ​合作瑜伽 (不定時)

  • 瑜伽流藝術舞曲 (不定時) (由Amy老師精心編製)

  • 漸進式身體放鬆練習

Nature : More reinvigorating 

Level: Beginner to intermediate

Suitable for Individuals:  who look for a balance practice of strength-flexibility; wish to have a few variations of the same posture which they can choose from according to own needs; explore potentials and gain awareness of own body-mind

Language: Mainly Cantonese, Bilingual (when having English speaking students)

Details: Mindful breathing, warm up stretching, yoga flow sequence and asanas, partner yoga (occasional) , yogart dance (occasional),  progressive body relaxation

適合16歲之上一般人士參加。

Regular Yin Yoga & Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Class (Weekly at our studio) 

每課60分鐘         

單堂$220位/ $200位 (會員);      四節 (六星期有效) $730

[ 1:1 私人預約 $300每堂; $260 每堂 (會員) , 只限女生] 

性質:較復修性

難度:適合初學者及恆常練習瑜伽的同學

合適對象:

  • 希望有較「陰」、「深展伸展」和「慢下來」練習的同學;

  • 在前一天進行了較“強”運動(例如跑步,遠足,肌肉鍛煉等),希望滋養和平衡肌肉的同學;

  • 希望學習體位的不同變化,並根據自己的需要選擇合適練習的同學

 

內容包括:

  • 靜心呼吸

  • 瑜伽伸展 (熱身)

  • 深層伸展的瑜伽序列 

  • 重點身體部位的伸展及肌肉按摩 (如背部、臀部、腿部、頸部等)

  • 輔助瑜伽伸展

  • 漸進式身體放鬆練習

Nature : More restorative

Level: Beginner to intermediate

Suitable for Individuals:  who look for a more "yin", "stretching" and "slow-down" practice; who had "strong" exercise (e.g., running, hiking, muscle training, etc.)  the day before and wish to nourish and balance their muscles;  wish to have a few variations of the same posture which they can choose from according to own needs

Language: Mainly Cantonese, Bilingual (when having English speaking students)

Details: Mindful breathing, warm up stretching, main stretching(focus on shoulders, back, hips, legs, etc.)(depends on students' needs and which teacher will ask at the beginning of the class), assisted yoga stretch (to be practiced with a classmate partner or teacher),  supported stretching (using yoga blocks and sometimes bolsters), yoga massage (to be practiced with a classmate partner or teacher), progressive body relaxation

適合16歲之上一般人士參加。

[ Code: YMA01 ] 回歸身心.陰瑜伽及表達藝術治療成長工作坊

Reconnection of Body-mind-Yin Yoga & Expressive Arts Therapy Nourishment Workshop

員工發展日合適!

結合瑜伽、解剖學及表達藝術治療的工作坊。一節3小時,以20-25人大班形式進行

理論和實踐並重的課程,內容包括:

  • 靜心呼吸練習

  • 身體感覺圖

  • 理論課:瑜伽的陰陽元素、陰瑜伽基礎理論、生活的動機和意義 (人本心理) 

  • 50分鐘陰瑜伽練習

  • 生命樹自身覺察圖及分析討論
